STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS

OF THE

MCNEAL SCHOOL DISTRICT #55 WILL BE POSTED

TO:  ARLETHE G. RIOS – COCHISE COUNTY CLERK of the BOARD and Jacqui Clay – COCHISE COUNTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT

          Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 (A)(2), the McNeal School District #55 hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the McNeal School District #55 will be posted in the lobby of the McNeal Post Office on Hwy 191 and in the front entry window of the McNeal Elementary School  at 3979 McNeal Street in McNeal, Arizona and on the school website at www.mcnealesd.org .  The post office is open during regular business hours except legal holidays and the school is open during school hours 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. throughout the school year with a modified work schedule during school breaks and the summer months.  Such meeting notifications shall include the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

One or more of the Governing Board members may be present at a variety of school sponsored events through out the year. School business will not be voted on during any of these occasions.
