McNeal Elementary School is a Targeted Assistance Title I school with approximately 50 students in grades K-8.  We are seeking a Certified Elementary Education teacher who is comfortable working with multi-grade classes, small group instruction, as well as individual and group academic interventions. We have a school wide character education program and a Response to Intervention (RTI) program in place using data to drive our decisions.  These two programs have provided McNeal Elementary with the basis by which to grow and create a shared leadership approach to the educational environment.  We are interested in an applicant who would like to join our team in providing high quality instruction for our students.
