Science Project due for 6th-8th Grade

1. 6/7/8 grade parents your child has a science project due on Tuesday the 2^nd at 8:15. No late work will be accepted.

The project consists of:

Research the word genetics and put that meaning into your own words.

Choose 2 animals

Combine those two animals

Draw/ google, etc. what that offspring would look like, name the offspring combining both animals name.

The picture should have at least 4 traits from each animal

Explain the 8 traits of the new offspring

An example would be a fox and a monkey.

The offspring would be a mox

Traits would be:

Monkey – eyes, hands, face, nose

Fox – tail, body, fur, color
